卡拉迪亚的商人们已经拥有了足以称王的军队并决定在离帕拉汶不远的地方建立自己的城市国家，阿兰。该国由Council Jakkob领主与他的商业巨子们一同领导，在其自由市领地中驻有专业的军队。他们是否得以幸存下来并在卡拉迪亚雕刻出自己的命运呢？

任务不但会影响玩家的统计资料还会影响现有的英雄同伴（就像你选择自己特有的冒险故事，这点还有点像最近的发布的游戏亚瑟王：角色扮演战争类型游戏）
英雄同伴可以领导他们自己的军队（不是以领主的身份）并且还能获得经验
珍稀文物影响玩家的统计资料
更好的王国管理（类似于摩克里斯之剑MOD..通过法令和法律来影响王国的经济与士气）
根据玩家过去的行为来创造出一名至尊骑士的能力（在满足条件的情况下，可以拥有独一无二兵种以及进行与之相关的任务）。
