运行build_module.bat时出现问题，python2.7没问题

Windows 10，Python2.7，环境变量已设置好。Python无问题。
macOS Mojave，python3.7.2，环境变量已设置好。Python无问题；（由于读不出.bat，且这是有用的）把bat改写成command、将其改写成sh都试了。
都不行。
教程看了，操作基本一样。

运行两个操作系统都时出现如下代码：

说是缺失变量文件（variables.txt），检查了下没缺失，且似乎每次导出都会创建一次。
