【潘德的预言】版块注意事项说明Q&A

前言：
潘德区在早期的建设中，因为对mod管理规定和潘德自身的不了解，以及和制作组过度的隔阂，造成了一些问题和争端，这里要说的一点是：
存在即合理
这些争端的出现是必然的，是隐患下矛盾释放的必然产物，就和人类匍匐前进中不断犯错的历史一样，虽如伤疤一样难以回首，却也推进了骑砍MOD圈的进步，正所谓破而后立，晓育新生。
争端本身并不重要，重要的是在这个废墟上，我们要做些什么，来面向未来。
我们为什么会上论坛？因为这里能看讨论，能看干货，最重要的是，能看到有趣的人，从早期的3.01时代，到G时代，都是如此，热爱这个版块，其实还是热爱氛围，像佣兵本能走向酒馆一样，无非是想看人们对自己喜爱的作品的讨论。
“如果自己也能参与并引领一段讨论，那就更棒了！”
相信是很多玩家的心声，这也是各大游戏论坛得以建设的基础，游戏论坛，靠的无非是过硬的本身和活泼可爱的玩家们，也就是你们，你们不需要是985硕士，不需要是业界顶尖，甚至不需要是一个单刷大神。你所需要的，只是发自内心的有趣的想法，可以传授的经验，趣闻，甚至关于作品的疑问。（我可以直接联系原作者询问，尽量得到答复）


因为潘德在《骑马与砍杀II：霸主》有延续的意向，故即使是现在依然有建设的必要。


该声明的目的是回答一些需要注意的问题，引导论坛健康发展：
Q1：G为什么下架了？G违反了哪些规定了吗？
A：G的下架是关于其在2013年兑现的承诺，这里参考G的早期宣传者之一在2013年2月1日在官网的帖子：

Hello guys, never expected this post to end like this, nor try to hurt anyone's feelings, so just few things to clear up: -I made the video to introduce the castle mod (as you can see in the first 5 seconds on the tittle screen) and for general entertaining, I did not take part in the making of the edited version of it. I do know one of the dude who did it, and I did post the dl link of that edited version in the original post which later been edited out. Obviously I didn't read the forum rules (thanks to Dorrin and noosers who pointed that out for me) nor having a clear understand of how copyright works, I apologize for such ignorant act. -I didn't check YouTube every often, forgot to edited the desperation which originally have the links available, now it's gone. -Like I said, I didn't participate in editing of this mod, but I do know one of dude who did it. It was never their intention to steal nor disrespect the Saxondragon and the dev team of PoP, their original intention was simply wanting to make mod that they are addicted to better, but lacking the understanding of how copyright works. Items they added are all open sources and they give credit to the original modder as well the dev team of PoP and a link to the official PoP site, the edited version was even post in PoP forum(like this one) under the Chinese M&B forum, which separate from the mod publishing forum and mod editing forum, it was meant for the PoP fans in China and they didn't claim they made it, simply said they just tweaked it and add more staffs to it, But as you can see, they didn't ask for the permission of Saxondragon and the dev team, which is the most important thing they could of done. I'm not trying to justify their actions but only giving you details of it. -Yes, copyright issue is always a big problem in China, personally I have tried the "free version" of M&B from an public source in China before fall in love with game and bought the legal version of it, defiantly not something I'm proud of, but just an example of the seriousness of this problem. I think it's most caused by the poor educational system, where as I growing up, copyright and concept of ownership were never an important topic. I know, shame on us. -是的，版权问题在中国一直很严重，我个人也在入坑前玩了盗版的骑马与砍杀，虽然不是什么骄傲的事，但足以表明这个问题的严重性。我认为这和教育系统上的忽视有关，在我们长大的过程中关于版权和所有权的教育一直不是重要话题。我知道，这很不光彩。 -The official Chinese M&B forum does not support piracy and unauthorized work, they follow the same rules of English M&B forum, just a matter of enforcement and management. I will let them know you guys' concerns and see what action they will take. I will also contact the modders of the edited version if it's not too late for an apology. 可以说，下架G版是G作者和其朋友自己的决定，G作者本身也是资深骨灰潘德粉，在初衷上确实想要建设潘德，只是走了弯路，并且为此感到抱歉和自责，G版的初衷是给已经熟悉原版的潘德玩家崭新的游戏体验，却忽略了有一批低素质玩家让人跳过原版直接玩G版，甚至对原作进行了侮辱，对于这种玩家G作者也是深恶痛疾的，所以G作者最终在2015年12月兑现了自己在2013年2月1日的承诺，主动下架了作品，一方面是惩罚自己，一方面是惩罚这一部分玩家。

对此，潘德制作组和中文站都非常理解，并没有进一步追究责任。

对于第二个疑问，G违反了《中华人民共和国版权法》，骑砍中文站08年最终制定的MOD发布规则，以及Taleworld对MOD发布的规定。

Q2：所以对于潘德，任何修改和补丁都是不允许的吗？
A：首先，要澄清一点，【修改】自身是没有任何限制的，玩家需要注意的是对自己修改版本的管理，而如何管理这个是要具体分的。
一类修改，即将潘德作为基质，将自己喜欢的元素编入，对于这种情况，不管你如何自欺欺人自己是热爱潘德，自己不求功名，你发布这样的作品都会对IP造成损害，而且对于修改，不怕改得差，反而怕改得好，如果你真的有实力改好，为什么不去原创属于自己的作品呢？佩里斯诺，因斯维尔的抉择，乃至法亚都是不错的例子。
对于这种修改，请将游戏只留在自己的电脑和十分亲密的朋友间。
二类修改，即出于对潘德游戏设定的不满和遗憾，在几乎，或者非常少触及游戏背景的基础上，对潘德世界的数值和兵种树进行修改，有些修改甚至确实能做到比原游戏更符合背景，这种修改至少不会误导玩家对于背景的了解，在适当管理下可以存在。
对于这种修改，会将所有相关的讨论集中在发布帖，如果人气高（暂定回复超100），可以加亮亮。
并且其中的设定很可能会被提交给制作组进行【官方化】（介于战团已经即将结束，你的想法可能会直接呈现在砍2潘德上）。
请以补丁形式发布，不要以完整版发布，不然我也承担不了责任。
三类修改，即纯粹的功能性修改和教程。
对于这种修改，会根据情况直接加亮亮和奖励，列入索引，但是所有相关讨论依然要集中在发布帖。
Ps：关于新时代，该改版作者小洛在被多次警告后依旧在盗用潘德3.7以后的模型进行“更新”版本，包括非法盗用大量其他游戏的素材资源，造成了非常恶劣的影响，因此本版块禁止讨论涉及新纪元的话题，相关求资源的帖子也会直接删除。

Q3：所以对于不开源的潘德，小说也是不允许的吗？

A：这是一个误区，潘德的IP不开源指的是不能以《潘德》和其世界观基础，发布盈利作品，并不是完全禁止二次创作。在TW潘德区甚至直接有官方的潘德故事贴，其中的很多作品都得到了原作者的赏识。
潘德鼓励非盈利的二次创作，短篇小故事尤其鼓励。当然介于国内的特殊情况，我们再加上一条要符合游戏原设和披露的背景。
对于写得好的，尤其是能完结的原创作品，会加亮亮和奖励。

Q4：最后，我们为什么要在论坛发帖和浏览呢，贴吧不是更方便吗？
A：因为BBS能编辑文本，可以禁止回复，有助于对精品知识的归纳。
