Household Guards of all tiers can have their proficiencies trained at the cost of aurums and other proficiencies. Increasing ONE-HANDED for example may decrease the proficiencies of other proficiencies in order to increase ONE-HANDED and vice versa. You can also change the race and gender of each tier of HHG."
