Features:
Learn to read first

The smarter you are, the faster you learn
The more you know, the less you learn

Meet the Scholars and train with them (72 of them traveling around the settlements)
Most experienced party member on each skill shares his knowledge with companions (Tutelage). Teach your barbarians to eat with the fork!
Learn new weapon parts from Blacksmith/Weaponsmith/Armorer
One companion can read one book at the same time.
Several companions can't read the same book at the same time.
Many companions can read books at the same time.
Companion learning to read is passive - when they are smart enough, they start to learn automatically.
Companion reading is passive - it happens on its own if they have an assigned book.
Active reading is only for the main hero, that is you need to select the menu to read the book actively.
Main hero reads passively but very slowly.
