Automatically promote unrecruited companions if their faction is in bad shape
如果未招募的同伴所在派系状况不佳，现在会自动晋升他们
Lord companions will now assist the player with quests
领主同伴现在会协助玩家完成任务
QoL tweak: Troop tree presentation always starts with the player's faction; also turned around troop order for most factions so their main troop tree is at the top
体验优化：兵种树界面现在默认从玩家所在派系开始显示；同时调整了大多数派系的兵种顺序，使其主力兵种树位于顶部
assign individual death chance modifier to a few lords
为部分领主添加了个人死亡几率修正值
