英雄NPC數目:
0.1版本只有一個。還有一個或多個人人以後會導入
已確定有bug。個人感覺最煩的bug是有些戰鬥沒有勝利選項,白打了……此外製作小組承認野外遭遇事件比較少,據稱會根據反饋來決定野外遭遇概率。
Known bugs with version 0.1:
- Self-duplication in the alchemist's shop. Should happen only once, ever; tab out and return for now. Expect to have fixed in 0.1b.
- Multiple characters attempting to brew potions simultaneously will all fail (and get you stuck in an endless loop). Avoid. Expect fixed in 0.1b.
- Prayers which should enhance your stats (sometimes? only on PC?) do basically the reverse - you end up with zeroed stats plus just the enhancement. This is not surprising as the enhancements predate the experience system, which made serious underlying changes to the same area. PM me if you hit this bug with the circumstances under which it happened, or didn't happen. Should be fixable but not yet known.
- Framerate losses and some CTD during the setpiece fight (you'll know it when you see it). Framerate losses are to be expected, try looking away from the lights. CTD causes unknown, please PM to report if it happens to you.
- Clicking the 'Q'uests button while on the world map causes a CTD error. There's nothing to see there, no quests are enabled in this version. Avoid. Probably fixed by v0.1b.
- Some encounters are giving no loot on a win, taking no loot on a loss, or being solved by menu options which shouldn't have solved them. These are being investigated on a one-by-one basis, please report specifics (which encounter, what you chose in the encounter's menus, what happened) by PM so I can address them.
- The monks ringing those church bells just don't seem to sleep, even when you're trying to. Will be improved at least slightly in 0.1b, partly a matter of taste, comments welcome.
Release Information
Included in v0.1 release:
1) All saints, potions, and professions, and fifty out of ninety-two cities, have their individual data filled in. Not all fifty cities are on the map yet, but they're ready for when they are. Thanks to our tireless volunteers this is all pretty much literally number-exact (or umlaut-exact) to the way it was in Darklands.
2) Full Darklands-style character creation, and Darklands-style character advancement. Skills go up as you use them, or get trained in them.
3) Random encounters while travelling.
4) Findable campsites, villages, and castles.
5) Brewing potions, using potions (out of combat or, thrown potions only, during it), and saints' prayers (out of combat only) all implemented.
6) Two companions for your party - your sibling, and a bonus companion who had not been scheduled for 0.1 release.
Beyond the scope of v0.1, I have in the pipe:
7) Saints and non-thrown potions in combat.
8) More companion characters, each of whom has an equally interesting story set up. Warning: TANSTAAFL.
9) Training and earning money options enabled in inns etc.
10) Many more random encounters, working through the list and implementing the human-only ones, one by one.
11) Local reputation system.
12) Non-damaging offensive potions such as Fleadust.
13) Possibly a statistical-effect wound system, to reflect "strength damage". |
